Says 26 inches for measurements but then says it fits a 21 inch neck? I’m wondering if I can make this work for my 27” dogs neck?

It fit our 10 lb. dog and our 45 lb. Pitbull with plenty of room left. Not sure how large his neck is though. If the bandana is only 26 inches long, you would still need to use a few inches to tie it around his neck so, in that case, I don’t think it will fit your dog.
