Shipping Policy
Order delivery
Our company generally processes orders within 48 hours. Usually the shipping time is about 7 to 15 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. We provide free worldwide shipping on orders over USD $50. If your order is under USD $50 we will charge a flat fee of USD $5
If you are based in the following countries, we suggest that you contact us first before you order to confirm we can ship to your country. Please note that the $5 flat fee and free worldwide shipping on orders over $59 may not be applicable to these locations. The actual freight should be recalculated according to the product weight and the shipping destination.

Shipping method
The PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses cannot be used for delivery. We recommend that the customer change the address. We will choose UPS, DHL FedEx, YANWEN and other mainstream express delivery methods are used as delivery channels.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
If you have ordered multiple items
We will try our best to send your products in the same package. However, it is also possible that you will receive the products in separate packages if they are shipped from different warehouses in order for you to get your products earlier. Therefore, you may receive more than one tracking number for your order.
Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility
