Will this fit a 4 month kitten, if so, will it adjust to fit when it’s full grown?
Yes it will fit a 4 month kitten. I bought these when my kittens were 2 months(8-weeks), and they were too big even when tightened all the way down. They didnt fit my kittens until they were over 10-weeks old, closer to 3 months really. But yes they will most definitely fit a 4 month old kitten.
